Thanks for posting! Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-403 Die-Cast Pivot Bar. We've recommended this to a few other customer and have received confirmation that it will work as a suitable replacement. 

Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to see if this could potentially work as a replacement for your existing hardware.
