Pivot bar

Question

I'm looking for a replacement pivot bar for my Plygem double hung vinyl windows. The bottom sash does not operate properly as the pivot bar on the left-hand side broke apart. I took these pictures of the right side pivot bar, which is still intact. The measurements book below are what I got. I've also enclosed some photos. Please advise me what is the correct replacement part. I can also be reached at 917-864-1311.
1 3/8 inch first hole
2 inches second hole
2 1/2 inch pivot bar length

Hello there. The 23111 code has been previously associated with the 26-360 Pivot Bar. While it has an extra hole your old pivot bar does not possess, that doesn't affect compatibility, and the second and third holes align with the dimensions you give. Please compare.
