There are no numbers or markings on the bar itself, but it comes out of a Wallside window installed maybe 10 years ago

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We don't have an exact match for this pivot bar, but our 26-241 is similar. Look over our pictures and dimensions and let me know what you think. Take special note of the hole positioning in relation to the front tip; as long as one of our holes matches yours, then I think it will work.
