The locking mechanism looks like simonton based on part number 90-077C. I also need two pivot bars pictured. I've searched your catalog and couldn't match up perfectly. Any help is greatly appreciated

You appear to be showing the metal part of a two-piece vinyl window pin and housing like our 26-425. Take a look and see how it compares to your hardware. Thanks for posting!
