I am looking for the piece that attached to the bottom of the sash that goes in this pocket

Hi Keith,

It sounds like you're looking for a new pivot bar. We may be able to supply the one you need but we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the other side of the sash or another window.

Unfortunately, we can't assist you with repairing the broken part of the frame shown in your photo. That would be a job for the window manufacturer or a local sash fabricator. Thank you!
