Hello,

It looks like you have a snap-on bottom rail cover on your sash. On one of the ends of the sash below the pivot bar, you'll need to place a flat screwdriver or putty knife underneath and carefully twist the tool to snap off the bottom sash rail cover. Then, you'd replace the pivot bar and re-snap on the bottom sash cover.

Once you remove the pivot bar, you can start by comparing your specifications to the Harvey pivot bars that we've related for you. If you're not sure if either is a match, show us your pivot bar uninstalled and we'll be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!
