Hello, It looks like you have a snap-on bottom rail cover on your sash. On one of the ends of the sash below the pivot bar, you'll need to place a flat screwdriver or putty knife underneath and carefully twist the tool to snap off the bottom sash rail cover. Then, you'd replace the pivot bar and re-snap on the bottom sash cover. Once you remove the pivot bar, you can start by comparing your specifications to the Harvey pivot bars that we've related for you.
