Unfortunately, we don't carry an exact match for the pivot bar shown in your photos but it does remind me of the 26-241. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours.

Also, keep in mind that the offset of at least one installation hole would need to match for our part to install in your sash. Thank you.
