Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an exact match for the pivot bar you have here but our 26-398 or our 26-405 may possibly work as a replacement. To determine which of these may be the best fit, look over the dimensions from both of them and compare them to your existing pivot bar.

So long as the dimension for one of the installation holes matches yours, either of these should work fit. Take a look and see what you think.
