This is a 2-1/2 inch tilt window pivot bar.The closest I could find is your part 26-021. The distance fron the end to the screw hole is 1-13/16

You are correct in your observation. The 26-021 does appear to be a pretty close in design but I'd like to see the shoe your pivot bar interacts with. Given the difference in the shape of the "horn", I'd like to be sure that it would be compatible.
