I am looking for this pivot bar but cant find one that looks like it. The one pictured is slotted but I am not sure if that matters. It looks to be a T-Bar and is 2.5" long. I have attached pictures to see if you can idenify it and let me know what will work.

While we don't have an exact match for your current pivot bar, we believe the 26-241 Pivot Bar is a suitable replacement. Your window's shoe closely resembles the 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which utilizes this bar.
The length of the pivot bar shouldn't cause any issues with the installation but you'll need to double check. Also keep in mind, you may need to drill a new mounting hole depending on the existing setup on the bottom of your sash. If drilling is necessary, you'll need to be careful not to drill too far into the frame which could result in the glass being damaged.
