Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize this pivot bar. It's similar in design to our 26-428 and 26-424, but the measurements are still a bit different and I'm not certain how well they'll work.

Before I say anything for sure, would it be possible to see a photo of the pivot shoe this bar interacts with? That may help me find something more compatible.
