Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your original pivot bar but we do offer the 26-150. You'll notice that our pivot bar would mount to the side of the sash, while yours installs on the bottom. You would need to determine if you have clearance on the side of the sash to install the 26-150 and if you are able to make a new installation hole, being careful not to hit the glass. We cannot guarantee it will work, but take a look and see what you think.
