Pivot bar

I'm unsure how the pivot bar comes out. Can it be replaced? There is one screw in bottom of frame on each side

Many thanks for your post. You should be able to unscrew the screw at the bottom of the sash that holds the pivot bar and pull it out from the sash. Let us know if you have further issues.
