I already replaced my broken pivot shoes with a pair of CertainTeed Pivot Shoes, which fit after filing off the small knobs, but then I realized that: 1.) my existing pivot bars are too fat to fit in the new pivot shoes, and 2.) one of my existing pivot bars is broken.
So, I'd like to either replace my existing pivot bar with new ones that will fit both my window sash and my CertainTeed Pivot Shoes, or replace them with identical bars and also buy new shoes that will fit. Unfortunately I don't see any bars that look quite like this one. Can you help?

I think we can, yes. You have the old style pivot bar. CertainTeed now uses the 26-336 as a replacement. It looks different, but should still fit into your pivot lock shoe.

Excellent! And these will pair up with my CertainTeed 15-192 pivot shoes?

If you are buying new pivot shoes, the 26-336 and 15-192 actually don't work as well together. The 26-336 is meant to work with the older style cam, which has a slot in it to accept the "collar" around the tip of the pivot bar. You could always just take out the old cams from your current shoes and put them on the new 15-192 housing. If your old cams are damaged or lost, you will need to file down the "collar" on the 26-336 in order to get it to fit. I apologize for the inconvenience.
