Pivot bar I can't find

Hi, I have windows made by Weather Shield, a Visions 2000 tilt out single hung. The pivot bars are breaking on two of my larger windows. I cannot find even a close match looking through your pivot bars. I've attached pictures of both the pivot bar and the latching piece on the balance (not sure of the name of that part).

Also, is a pef of a sketch with dimensions for the pivot bars.


Or...
Could you recommend a different set of pivot bars that might work with the existing balances?
Or...
Could we replace balances and pivot bars with something else.
