Unknown window manufacturer. Bar is cast but would prefer to replace with stamped.
bar is 3.658" long and 0.7" at widest point. 0.2265" tall
spring is 3/16" wide and 1.5" long.
as seen in photo bar has numbers 8276 2 and
580002 written on it.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot bar, but the 26-129 appears to be our best option. However, the tip that goes into the pivot shoe's cam is different, so you may need to file it off. Just note that altered items can't be returned for a refund. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
If you need replacement coil springs, we'll need to ID the pivot shoe to determine the compatible balance springs.

Sorry, by spring I was referring to the small spring that lets this pivot bar retract into the window, not the spiral balance.
as for your pivot bar suggestion, that tip that fits into the shoe looks significantly different, I'm not sure it could be shaped to match

We can try and see if we have a different style pivot bar to replace your old one, if you're interested. May we see a photo of the pivot shoe? That should help us narrow down some options.
