Pivot bar assembly for Carefree window sash

Hi,

I have a few of these window pivot bar assemblies missing from my windows. I'm seeing some similar products on Swisco, but nothing exact. Will one of those work?

Also, in the picture of the broken slot, I'm guessing the reason the assembly is missing has to do with the fact that the vinyl is broken where it receives the assembly. Is there a way to repair this, or will I need to replace an entire section of the frame of even the whole sash.
