Pivot bar fastening

I have DH certainteed vinyl windows.  The pivot bar is broke on both sides of window. Screws just fell out not holding, how to get new pivot bar to stay in place?

First, try using a plastic anchors in the enlarged holes so that you can reuse the old screws. If that won't work, you will need to move up to a larger screw, which means you will need to drill the larger holes on the pivot bars.
