Need part number for the appropriate pivot bar - length dimensions are approximate as part in hand is damaged. Prefer minimum amount of holes as an unused hole cross-section is the area that failed. Prefer stamped to cast.

Overall length: 2-3/4; max head width: 3/8; distance from head end to hole in use: 1-5/8
