Pivot bar for silverline 1000DH

Question

I am looking for pivot bars for a silverline 1000 DH window.

Also, one of them has broken off in the shoe. How do I get this piece out of the shoe? and how do I get the broken bar out of the sash portion since there is nothing to grab from the side of the window like your video describe for typical replacement?

To further review, do you have an undamaged pivot bar that we could see the overall style? For removal, are you able to show us pictures of the pivot shoe that it is stuck in? Thank you!
