Pivot bar for unknown vinyl window

Held in place with a single screw through the sash. Sash is already in hands of glass replacement guy but the only thing that shows is the short tab and of this pivot bar

This looks like an older version of the 26-129. The tip that fits into the pivot bar is different. What you'll likely need to do is file off the 'ring' around the tip so that it fits into your pivot shoe's cam.
