Pivot bar for vinyl sash window

I am looking for a pivot bar like the following two pictures. The only identifier on the bar is the #4. Make of window unknown. The bar is rounded on one end. The other end has a small lip that comes out on either side of the bar. Can you help?

Compare your dimensions to our 26-366 part. The tip of ours don't have the two horns, but should still fit in your pivot shoe.
