Pivot bar for window 2-3/4"

We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar but I would recommend starting by looking over the 26-030. The length is a bit different but that shouldn't be an issue. The determining factor would be if the backset of the elongated holes matches the position of at least one of yours installation holes.
