Pivot bar holder

Hi. I need to identify this pivot bar holder. The first picture is a pivot bar holder undamaged in the frame. The second one is what came out of the frame on the side that is broken. Please advise as to what part this is so I can order it from you. The windows were manufactured by All Seasons Windows in East Brunswick. Thank you -Steve
