Pivot bar is too big

Question

I ordered the 15-192 shoe after sending a photo to Swisco Help The shoe that were sent to me are too small.
The part that goes into the shoe will not fit because it is larger than the shoe. I am sending two pictures of what the shoe looks like. Also a picture of the coils itself. It is a dual coil and a number on the coil is 408..

Thanks for reaching out to us. You should be able to swap the new cam with your old one so that you can reuse your old pivot bar. Would it be possible for us to see photos of your old pivot bar removed from the sash?
