Pivot bar issue

Home Owner from Alexandria, VA
Piece of the plastic broke on the bottom of my window. Appears to have been epoxied on previously. Unclear how to proceed and my condo association has no information on who makes the windows.

Frustrated with searching and really hoping someone can help me!!

Ah, I see. This will be hard to replace, since a big chunk of the sash is missing. I've used our 26-395 in the past, but it required some retrofitting and to be honest, it's not an easy repair. You would have to play around with it on your own sash and see what you can do to get it to work. Even then, I cannot guarantee that it will solve the issue. If that can't work, then you may need to consider buying a new replacement window entirely.

Figured it would be a tricky fix. I'll give it a shot (with some more experienced help of course)! Worst that can happen I'm out like 10 bucks.

I appreciate the reply!
