Pivot bar needed

I'm not sure which one to get, the left side pivot bar broke off. The first photo is of the right side that works. The rest of the photos is of the left side broken piece. Please help.

It's difficult to identify your pivot bar without seeing it in undamaged condition, but the design is similar to our 26-438. Your next step is to remove an undamaged version to ensure that they're the same.
