The bar has a 7 on it. One hole at the end and three additional holes. T shaped end.

I was mistaken. The number is a 4. Bar is 3 inches in length. 5/16 wide at opposite end of T. T is 9/16 wide. 1st hole center is 13/8, 2nd hole is 1 3/4, 3rd hole is 2 inches.
