Thanks for posting! This is an old Simonton window. If you still have the the metal center cams from your old shoe, you can put them in the new pivot shoes. That should make sure the old pivot bars work with the new shoe. If you won't, I've known service people to file down the top and bottom ridge of the pivot bar tip to fit in the new pivot shoe cam.
