This was used in pivot shoe part #801020

The part broke and it doesn't seem like many t shaped pivot bars have holes with the correct spacing

This looks like a dead ringer for our 26-241, though admittedly I can't make out your exact hole placement from just a photo of a tape measure. That said, look this part over and let me know if you agree.
