Circa 1999 is my best guess. I assume they are original to the condo.

We do not have an exact replacement match for this pivot bar but we believe our 26-241 should work to replace it. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine if this will be a fit in the sash.
Be sure to double check the placement of the installation hole.
