Pivot bar replacements

Greetings,
I am needing to replace pivot bars in my mother's home, some of the windows have not been opened regularly,at be cause.
I am sending info that I found on the frame.

There are a couple different possible replacement pivot bar options, depending on your size and hole spacing. Start with our 26-352, 26-030, and 26-226. Let me know if any of these would be a good match.
