Pivot bar retainer

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
I do not have any marking on the window to ID the brand, but I was hoping you could help. These are vinyl double hung windows in my house and are approximately 16-18 years old. This plastic piece is what I would call the retainer that holds the T bar pivot in place. The T bar pivot has a distinctive T shape on the end. This piece is on the bottom of the sash. If you could identify the part or even the manufacturer I would be extremely grateful as I have been researching this for hours.
