Pivot bar search

Question

hey folks, Need your help.. looking for a 2 1/2" pivot pin. Contractor made off with the paper work. The type I need is style 26-360. can't find the screw hole configuration I need... Measuring from the head to first screw hole is 1 5/16" and 3/4" from 1st hole to second hole. Every thing else it perfect. I've been looking and searching but just can't find the little bugger. Thanks for your help.

Would you happen to still have your old pivot bar on hand? If so, I'd like to see a picture of it out of the window. Also, are both screw holes used, or just one? If just one, which of the two measurements is it? Thank you!
