Pivot bar vinyl window

A quick learner from Delran, nj says:
Do not know the brand of window. They are vinyl and approximately 20 years old. Vinyl windows, double hung. The pivot bar slides on like the tilt latches. No screws. The protruding bar is shaped like a T, but sticks out sideways.

Thanks for writing in. Ah yes, I recognize this pivot bar. The nylon style was meant to reduce cost, but over time unfortunately it tends to weaken and break. We have a nylon housing that should fit in you sash with a metal pivot bar, the 26-379 assembly. It won't have the wings, but it will work in your pivot shoe. Please compare dimensions of the nylon housing to yours to confirm that it's a match.
