Pivot bar with 1-1/2" hole center from pivot head

It's 2 3/4" long with round hole in center 1 1/2" from end of pivot head.

I'm afraid I couldn't find a pivot bar in this style with a 1-1/2" hole placement. The closest I could find was our 26-226, but this hole is 1-3/8" from the tip. Could you still get it to work?
