Pivot bar (and shoe) for Owens Corning Model FDH

Question

Hi, I need pivot bar (shown) and shoe (max pic limit reached) for double hung Owens Corning Model FDH tilt windows. For reference, the screws are one inch long in the pictures. There are six windows that need attention. I may need the balance for a couple of them as well. Your help in identifying the correct parts is very much appreciated. Let me know if you need more information from me. TIA

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this pivot bar. I haven't been able to find anything similar to it, either. It has a somewhat peculiar design. Could you tell me the distance between the center of each hole to the front tip that goes into the shoe? That would help us track down a possible substitute.

As for the shoe, can you tell me its width and thickness?
