Pivot bars

I am trying to locate pivot bars (see attached picture) for the windows in my home. I believe the windows were installed around 2003? I not sure who manufactures them as all I have to go by is the slips of paper in the window jams (see attached picture), but I believe thy maybe Certainteed Windows.
