Pivot bars for CFA Window Group

Question

Hello, I am looking for the pivot bars to match this one. Also, the vinyl where these attach is cracked on most of the windows, so the bars will wiggle when going up and will most likely break soon. If there is a longer bar that has a hole that will match the 3rd hole, or just further back where I could drill the vinyl to correspond to it, that would be even better. But in lieu of this option, the original bar will do.
