Pivot bars needed, unknown maker

We live in the U.S, but our home is a Canadian built. We can't find markings on the hardware or windows, but they are double hung. There are several rusted or broken pivot bars and we need replacements. The pivot bar is 3 inches in length. From the end to the middle of the first hole is 9/16. The end to the middle of the second hole is 1 inch. The end to the middle of the third hole is 1 3/8. From the other end to the score mark is 3/8 and it appears to be 1/4 width. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
