Pivot bracket (?) (pot metal)

A handy person from Murphy, NC says:

Helping an elderly neighbor with his Aluminum windows. It's just the small aluminum part that broke. It's a cylinder slide and with the lower sash out, the whole assembly measures about 27". Hoping we can buy just a couple of the small parts only. He wrote the number from the only label he could find.
