Pivot brake shoe

Question

This pivot shoe is out of some older Alside windows. The pivot cam is broken on a few of our windows. Measurements agree with your p/n 15-178 except for the thickness. Yours is 17/32" thick while mine measures 0.542 which is slightly thinner in thickness. Will the 15-178 pivot show work?

Hello! I agree, our 15-178 looks like a great match. It looks like yours is only 1/64" thicker than ours, which I don't think will be an issue. Either way, we don't sell anything in that size. The 15-178 would be our best option in that case.

The only other shoe we sell like this would be our 15-188, which is 1/2" thick.
