Pivot? (for Harvey window)

I'm not sure if the piece I'm looking for is called a pivot. I've uploaded a photo. Please let me know if the piece looks familiar and if you carry it. I would like to purchase a few. The one in the photo is damaged.

This one is a bit weird. Is there any way we can see an undamaged version? Could our 26-326 possibly work? Look it over and see what you think.
