Pivot hinge on the top of a bi fold solid wood door

Bi fold solid wooden door. The pivot hinge located on top of the door separated from the door itself. Looking to replace the hinge but cannot find the part on the internet.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The part attached to the door is the 23-182. To remove it from the 23-134 pivot bracket, slide it away from the wall. Once removed, you can examine it to see if it's in good condition. Additionally, the pivot bracket is missing the locking screw, and it appears that the track is bent.
