Pivot hinge parts

I have an exterior entry door at our shop that is dragging on the threshold, and I would like to replace the pivot hinges. I do not know how to identify the manufacturer of the door. The building was built in the early 1970's and there is no marking or names on the door frame or door that I can find.
I am attaching pictures of the hinges. If you can help me identify the replacement parts needed to fix this door it would be greatly appreciated.
