Thank you for your patience during these busy holidays. We actually do not make windows, so this isn't a part we make. However it looks very similar to the Certainteed brand 15-192, which we do sell.

The 15-192 should work well for you, but note that it has "bumps" on the face that may make it difficult to install in the window track. Those bumps may need to be cut or shaved off for it to work properly. You may also need to reuse the metal cam. Just something to keep in mind.
