Cannot find any manufacturer or part number length is 2.5 inch.width 1.25 inch.thick=.5 inch there is a 5k on coil .no manufacturer on window either.?

This looks like a 15-175 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses Series 152 Coil Balances, and a stamp of 5 indicates you need the S152-5 5 pound spring. Let me know if you have any further questions.
