Hello,

If you have Certainteed windows, take a look at the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Please note that past customers have reported needing to have down the dimples on the front of the shoe for it to fit in their jamb. 

If you have a Simonton window, see the video below that shows the replacement parts that we recommend. Please note that this conversion would work for Simonton windows as well If you'd prefer to use a new system. Thanks for posting!
