Thanks for posting. This might be an older version of the 15-188 or 15-178, depending on the width and thickness of the shoe. Please compare.

Yes it is 1/2 inch depth and 1 1/4 Width but it is 2 1/2 high. Will the 15-188 work?

Yes, that's fine. The height of pivot shoes isn't as important as the width and thickness. Let us know if you have further questions.
