Pivot lock brake shoe

Question

Hello, I have a few windows that will not stay up by themselves. I think I need a pivot lock brake but not sure. I also read that the new pivot locks don't match up with the metal post at the bottom of the window that latches to it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Mark. I'm sorry to say that these stickers don't help with the identification process. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and show us some photos? The video below will detail how to do so using the cut-out method.
